La Pawnaderia is not responsible for lost/stolen packages.

If you believe your package may have been stolen and the tracking number is displayed as "Delivered" please contact USPS and submit a claim with the United States Postal Service.

If tracking number displays " Package is on its way to USPS facility" it means your order is still in the process of being shipped.

PURCHASING "PRIORITY SHIPPING" DOES NOT GARENTEE 2 DAY SHIPPING FROM THE DATE PURCHASED. If your order is time sensitive please contact us through Instagram, @La_pawnaderia, to see if we are able to accommodate to the date the order is needed. 

All orders typically ship within two days of purchase. 

If High demand occurs shipping times may be affected and will be kept updated on @la_pawnaderia Instagram story.
